We have studied an espresso machine capable of responding to the new needs of specialty coffee shops, and we have also created it with tall groups to expand the choice, from the cup to the glass. White Eagle fosters the relationship between bartender and customer. The architect Viglino has reconstructed the wings of the eagle in a 51 cm high product.


The technology that ensures maximum temperature stability of the coffee machine. In the coffee machine, the temperature parameter plays an extremely important role, as it strongly influences the quality of the espresso coffee. A stable temperature, in fact, guarantees an excellent and repeatable result. But how do you do it? Also in this case, through studies, research and experiments and with the collaboration of the best bartenders, we managed to find a solution that provides for the control of every single parameter. Thus was born T3, a technology that allows the bartender to set three temperature items, those of the brew group, infusion water and steam. What do you get? A control of the thermal accuracy of the dispensing water which translates into temperature stability and therefore in the quality of the result in the cup, thanks also to an electronic system, composed of temperature and pressure probes and PID, which manages each variable.


The new milk frothing technology. White Eagle is also available with the Easy Cream system, a technology that allows you to heat and whip milk according to your preferences thanks to the innovative beak with “tangential holes” and equipped with a steam-air mixing system. This system is highly appreciated by cafeteria chains as it allows to obtain a fragrant and consistent milk cream.

An eagle ready to fly

It is a machine completely built in steel and aluminum. The sides are made with ‘aluminum slats’ which give the hull the appearance of an eagle’s wings. All the controls have been designed to blend aesthetics and functionality, with particular attention to the ergonomic aspect, in order to guarantee the barista the possibility of working better and in total safety.
